Manual distribution

When you enter a capital request, a provision request or an invoice, you have the possibility to split it according to a distribution key or to make a manual distribution. By selecting the manual calculation option, you can allocate a specific percentage of the total amount to each person, or a specific amount directly.

For example: At the General Assembly of a 4-unit co-ownership, it was decided that the provisions would not be divided according to shares, but that all the co-owners would contribute the same amount. Each of the 4 co-owners must therefore pay 1/4 of the provisions. When encoding this request for provisions, the syndic indicates that each co-owner owes 25% of the total amount.
