#General Assemblies
Ordinary General Assemblies are compulsory and take place once a year, within the fortnight indicated in the co-ownership regulations.
The building manager is in charge of organising the Ordinary General Assemblies. They draw up the agenda and send out the invites, at least 15 days before the date of the General Assembly. The invites must include the agenda, the place, date and time of the General Assembly, as well as details of how to consult the necessary documents.
If a co-owner wishes to submit an item to the agenda, they should send their request to the building manager in writing at least 3 weeks before the first day of the fortnight provided for in the co-ownership regulations for the holding of the General Assembly.
