Increasing the working capital occurs when the co-ownership considers that the current amount available in the working capital is not a sufficient “safety mattress” to cover current expenses.

✋ To increase the working capital, the General Assembly decides on the amount to be added to this working capital by an absolute majority (50% + 1).

For example: The current working capital of my co-ownership contains 3500€. During a discussion at the General Assembly, we come to the conclusion that a working capital of 4000€ would be more comfortable for the good management of the co-ownership. We therefore vote to increase the working capital by 500€ (3500€ + 500€ = 4000€).

These 500€ will be divided according to the shares of each co-owner and collected via a capital request that the building manager will send to the co-owners.
