Invites to a General Assembly must contain some essential information:

1. The agenda

2. The venue of the GA

3. Date and time of the GA

4. The modalities to consult the different documents available to the co-owners

Furthermore, these invites must be sent to all the co-owners at least 15 days before the General Assembly is held. However, an exception is made for Extraordinary General Assemblies where the matters are so urgent that the 15-day deadline cannot be observed.

⚠️ By default, the invites must be sent by registered letter. However, the building manager may send the invites by simple mail or by e-mail if the co-owners have agreed individually, explicitly and in writing, to receive the notice otherwise than by registered letter.
